Is Real Estate Really Profitable As An Investment?

The market and the whole business of investment and shares and stocks is one that is not that easy to break into, let alone understand. It takes a few years, if not more, to at least have a basic understanding of such complex and mind-boggling mathematics, numbers and strategies of investing even a little bit.

One cannot hope to go into the stock and investment market without even the first clue about it. There are all these areas and nooks and crannies that one can pass over or fall into that can be detrimental or sometimes even profitable to a person. Of course there are the terms like private equity fund in India and shares and acquisitions and liquid and solid investment are all that float around news channels and investment websites.

But still, if one is a little aware of the market then they would know that there are certain areas that see a perpetual growth in investment and continue to bring a profit no matter how the rest of the market might be faring.

One of those areas is that of the Indian Real Estate. The real estate sector has almost never seen a drastic dip no matter what the rest of the market might be like. It has been proven by multiple experts that real estate is one of the few markets that one can invest in any time and without fear of too big of loss.

The fact that home loans are much easier to get with a valid investment in real estate is also a perk to it. It has been observed that home loan rates are much lower than personal loans, since those owning real estate would have a tangible asset at the ready to give for their loans. Also the government itself promotes the participation on real estate investment by reducing interest rates.

There are also perks like tax benefits and the long term nature of the investment that attracts large people over to make investments into this area.

So, it is profitable to invest in real estate as long as one also attaches adequate knowledge and professional guidance with it.
